Noah is growing so quickly, and we are all finding he is abandoning his baby ways. July 10 marked 16 months old for him! It is so exciting for us to watch him grow and change. He is almost always wearing a hat, and he runs for the door when he thinks we're going to go play outside (even if I'm just picking up the paper or watering the flowers).
New words: "What's that?" and "That's cool!" (Or possibly "Let's go!" depending on the translator.)
He also started saying "Shoes" and loves to carry around his flip flops, crocs, or any other shoes he has. One day when I tried on a new pair of shoes for him in a store and then took them off, he cried because he liked the shoes and wanted to keep them on!
His biggest toddler developments lately have involved climbing onto things such as dining room tables, chairs, couches, and pretty much anything else he can find on the floor.... laundry baskets, toys, etc. Noah also finally figured out how to actually ride his little riding toy that you see above, instead of just pushing it around.
In two weeks we will take him to see if he has to have tubes put in his ears. We are hoping and praying that the allergy medication he has been on is helping to clear the fluid in his ears.
